This App is nonsense … I want My Money back Obviously only set up on iPhone and other mobile devic

DEAR APPLE , HI HEY I want My Money refunded and delete this … It opens to view random unknown unfollowed People and I cannot get to My own account which I just set up on My iPhone Yesterday !!! How do I report this ? Via the emailed receipt I will get ??
