Viewer for Periscope App Reviews

I have just spent €2,99 on this App and all I have on screen is a random video stream in Russian and the right hand part of the application vision area is blank, to be more precise completely black. I am very surprised that Apple would allow this to be on the App Store and I feel as though I have thrown my money down the drain. I imagine that all I can do now is wait and hope that a future update sorts out the issues with the software. (iMac 27-inch, Late 2013) OS X El Capitan...

This app does not have the ability to find a feed via the map of the globe.

I actually think that anyone who buys this POS deserves to be out the $3 (including me). Maybe we (I) will learn to read the reviews before we (I) waste my money!!!

I bought this app for my macbook because I like watching periscope on my phone. Yeah, DO NOT BUY THIS APP! IT IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

DEAR APPLE , HI HEY I want My Money refunded and delete this … It opens to view random unknown unfollowed People and I cannot get to My own account which I just set up on My iPhone Yesterday !!! How do I report this ? Via the emailed receipt I will get ??

I ordered this to link to account for better sound quality, no way of accessing account or finding people you are following i want my money back.

Connects to nothing but Russian feeds and crashes constantly. Cannot search or find what you want to watch.

I was expecting a login feature. I wanted to be able to see the Periscopes I follow.

I use periscope on my phone, so I decided to buy it for my MAC… I should have listened to the other buyer.. just a black screen. Disappointing!

Hi there! I am serving on a medical mission boat and have a hard time watching my periscope videos on my phone. This app for my computer is really not what I was looking for. I paid $2.99 and can only see whichever live view is currently being shown. It would be great if I could login and watch the videos that I had missed. I also tried searching by URL and name and neither worked so I don’t believe the search box is working. If you could get these to work, I think it would be great!

this app is useless without the ability to sign into my periscope profile. it needs to allow to build a friends list just the mobile app. simplify the search process. how am i supposed to know what the url is to a specific periscope i want to watch. also, with the addition of the friends list, it would allow notifications on my computer when someone i know starts a live stream. i really see no point in watching the periscope of some stranger on the other side of the world. i care about those i choose to connect to, no one else.

Become a viewer ON YOUR iPHONE. WATCH HOW PEOPLE ARE USING THE APP WHEN THEY BROADCAST. Currently there are many problems with how the app now functions. SOME BROADCASTERS TALK ABOUT THE PROBLEMS. What you have done with this app is extremely dangerous, leaving it only to broadcast one single random scope. There is prohibited content, such as nudity, pornography, crimes against others in progress, and all the obvious. I tuned in tonight and saw a very little girl broadcasting herself in her bed. EDUCATE YOURSELF MAN — THROUGH CURIOSITY AND TRIAL AND ERROR TO EXPERIENCE ALL THE SETTINGS IN THE APP!!!!!! Get with the program, for crying out loud! Include a HELP reference, at the very least. Previous review: I happily purchased this app for the $.99 and discovered a big black screen. When I sought to open the stream, it wanted me to enter a URL or “nickname”. Nothing I tried work — not my Twitter handle or a URL registered to me. No HELP file found. So, I will wait for updates until the developer gets this fixed. Periscope is growing by leaps and bounds. A good viewer app is sorely needed.

This is the biggest waste of three dollars ever. Random videos being shown - can’t see anything I want to see. Can’t see friend’s videos. I want my money back.
